Service Description

This dynamic 7-week program is designed to inspire, encourage and empower our young leaders of tomorrow with essential life skills that will help them navigate the challenging teen years and well beyond. Each session is based upon a main objective.... and all experiences and personal achievements in the horse arena, are related back to 'real-life' scenarios and strategies - thereby consolidating these "learnings for life." We begin by acknowledging the wisdom of the horse in that they do not judge, criticise or hold a grudge against anyone. Our teens are then encouraged to build a strong foundation for their own TEAM, through which Together Everyone Achieves More. Course Objectives include: * Developing leadership and communication skills * Building empathy, respect and compassion * Embracing teamwork and celebrating differences  * Inspiring self-confidence and self-awareness * Establishing authentic, trust-based relationships * Overcoming barriers and building creative, problem-solving skills * Cultivating resilience and self-management strengths
