Service Description
Our Enlighten programs are unique, flexible and highly adaptable in order to best serve children and adults who benefit from a quieter and more gentle approach. We provide a calm, safe and welcoming space where participants can enjoy the naturally therapeutic presence of our horses, either individually or within small groups. Unique to Paths to Purpose, this 7-week program interweaves the fundamental Building Block Curriculum, within a framework specifically tailored to the needs of each participant. The key objectives of this heart-centred program include: *Mindfulness *Emotional mastery *Awareness of body language and subtle energy *Focused action *Relationship building *Co-operative team work
