Service Description

Due to COVID restrictions our next dates are yet to be confirmed. BREATHE Teen is a 3 day, in-person, workshop unique to Paths To Purpose, that has been specifically designed to help our young participants develop powerful and practical skills to help navigate the mounting pressures that their generation is facing today. This program has been specifically designed to provide a safe and supportive space where young participants can reconnect with their authentic self, embrace change as an opportunity for positive growth, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Over the course of our 3-day workshop, our teenagers work together, in relationship with each other and our horses, to develop core personal skills including leadership, clear communication,  goal setting and team work. This program focuses on powerful mindfulness techniques that can be called upon at any time, anywhere.  These processes are simple and fun, with the intention of incorporating them into a daily routine, to help maintain balance, focus, clarity and calm. Our 3-day workshops include: - Daily sessions with our horses - Visualisation techniques and focused meditations - Journaling and group discussions - Personalised workbooks - Lifetime access to meditations, visualisations and "daily activation" techniques - Lifetime membership to the Teen Breathe online community - Yoga and Breath-work sessions - Healthy, organic lunch and snacks provided - Membership discounts to future workshops and events
