Navigating the notorious teenage years has been a challenge shared by every generation, however the mounting pressures faced by our youth today proves to be having an unprecedented impact on their emotional health and wellbeing.
BREATHE Teen has been specifically designed to provide a safe and supportive space where young participants can reconnect with their authentic self, embrace change as an opportunity for positive growth, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Over the course of our 3-day workshop, our teenagers work together, in relationship with each other and our horses, to develop core personal skills including leadership, clear communication, goal setting and team work.
Unique to BREATHE Teen, is the additional focus upon powerful mindfulness techniques that can be called upon at any time, anywhere. These processes are simple and fun, with the intention of incorporating them into a daily routine, to help maintain balance, focus and clarity and calm.
